  • Orders placed on Monday thru Tuesday will usually be shipped within 24 hours
  • Orders that take more than 3 business days are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday
  • We will notify you regarding any delay and it will automatically be shipped on the next available shipping date. For example: If you place an order on Wednesday and select UPS 3 Day or ground service that will take 3 days, it will be delayed until Monday because UPS does not delivery on weekends.
  • UPS ONLY delivers to land addresses. ONLY USPS delivers PO BOX addresses
  • UPS DOES NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday
  • USPS DOES NOT deliver on Sunday
  • If we are out of stock on any item from your order, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of any possible delay.

MAY WAH EXPRESS DELIVERIES
We are now accepting orders for deliver only in Brooklyn and Queens. May Wah Vegan Express only deliver mail orders placed online on Friday and Saturday. All payments must be done online. There will be no cash transactions during delivery. Please review the following guidelines for more information:

  • Minimum orders are $30. $9.99 delivery fee for orders $50 to $100.00. Free delivery for orders from $100.01 and up.
  • All deliveries are made between 11 am to 6 pm and can only be delivered to the ground floor. Please make sure there is somebody home to receive the package. If not, the package will be left at the front door and we will not be responsible for replacing any items and/or packages that are stolen.
  • If you think that you may not be home in time to receive your scheduled delivery, or if you miss your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at 212.334.4428.

ARRIVAL GUIDELINES
Please understand that there is no guarantee on the arrival time. Arrival times may vary depending on situations and conditions beyond our control.
  • All orders using 2 days express, 3 days express, and ground services may arrive in thawed condition, depending on the external temperatures. Dry ice and dry ice packets are included in all orders. However the dry ice may completely evaporate by time of arrival, depending upon variations in external temperatures. Therefore there was dryice in your package, but they have evaporated during the time of delivery. The items may still be slightly thawed, but you are able to refreeze them because they are precooked soybean. Therefore we suggest following our shipping suggestions for your location. However if you wish to receive the order COMPLETELY FROZEN, PLEASE USE OVERNIGHT SERVICES.
  • UPS REQUIRES a signature upon delivery of package. It is important that you let us know your schedule by leaving a comment at the comment box at the end of your order, email us at [email protected], or contact us at 877-668-2668.
  • USPS does not require signature upon delivery.
  • If you prefer to leave the package at the front door, we will be glad to include a note for the carriers instructing them to do so. However it is the driver's final decision on whether to leave the box or not
  • Please make sure you order ahead of time to ensure the most accurate delivery schedule possible.
  • If you are not able to receive the package at your billing address, please consider having your perishable foods deliver to an alternate address such as a commercial address, where someone will be available to receive your order. If you would like to leave the package at the billing address, please include a note at the comment box and we will provide a note to the driver to leave the package at the front door, out of the sunlight to prevent any damages
  • Please keep track of the day your package is scheduled to arrive. Although you may have previously received your package within a certain number of days, it is not indicative that all subsequent orders will always take that certain number of days to arrive. If you have chosen Ground Services, the packages’ maximum number of delivery days is 5 business days without guarantees. If you do not receive your shipment by 6:00 PM on the schedule date stated, please email us at [email protected] or contact us at 877-668-2668 as soon as possible. We will track the shipment for you and keep you inform with the most updated information
  • Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. We must hear from you within 12 hours of delivery in order to process a claim for damage and/or loss.
All shipping carriers are not responsible for loss of or damage to the perishable package during the holiday seasons.

May Wah Vegetarian Market is not responsible for replacing any items and/or packages that are stolen. Unfortunately we have no control over the package once it leaves our location. However, if you email us at [email protected] or contact us at 877-668-2668, we may file a claim with UPS or USPS on your behalf. But it is not guaranteed that you will be able to receive a refund on the claim.
