Please note that the order may be slightly defrosted when you select the recommended, standard shipping option. Forall our frozen packages, we use Styrofoam boxes with dry ice. At times, uponarrival, it may seem that we do not provide dry ice, but it is normal for thedry ice to completely evaporate by then, depending upon variations in externaltemperatures. For summer orders, we provide extra dry ice to sustain the frozenperiod as long as possible. Although you may receive the items at thawedconditions, you are able to refreeze it because they are already precooked.
